Abstract :

Oryza punctata is an annual grass in the rice genus Oryza also known as red rice. Phyllostachysbambusoides (Bamboo Rice) have antifungal properties, primarily due to compounds found in bamboo shoots. Bamboo shoots contain various bioactive compounds, including phenolic compounds and flavonoids, that are known to possess antimicrobial and antifungal properties.
