Grossesse Sur Uterus Cloisonne Triplement Cicatriciel Menee A Terme: A Propos D'un Cas Et Revue De La Literature

Abstract :

The septate uterus is the most common uterine malformation, accounting for 30 to 50% of cases, followed by uterine malformations of the bicornuate uterus and unicorn uterus type.We report a case of total septate uterus on a triple scarred uterus objectified during the follow-up of the pregnancy, and confirmed during the exploration during a cesarean performed for the same reason. The interest of this case is to show the obstetrical prognosis in fertile women carrying this uterine malformation.rsum : L'utrus cloisonn est la malformation utrine la plus frquente, comptant pour 30 50% des cas, suivie par les malformations utrines de type utrus bicorne et utrus unicorne. Nous rapportons un cas d'utrus cloisonn total sur utrus triplement cicatriciels objectiv lors du suivi de la grossesse, et confirm l'exploration au cours d'une csarienne ralis pour le mme motif. L'intrt de ce cas est de montrer le pronostic obsttrical chez les femmes fertiles porteuses de cette malformation utrine.
